Service Description

RDSA will engage with your medical aid on your behalf. RDSA will prepare the dispute, action the dispute with the scheme, and provide feedback to you on the outcome. Please note, that this process does not include any appeals that may be necessary. RDSA cannot guarantee a positive outcome with the scheme as scheme decisions are made inline with their rules and membership benefits.
