2027 Two Oceans marathon
#Run4Rare
The Totalsports Two Oceans Marathon 2027 takes place in Cape Town on the weekend of 3 and 4 April, and we'd love you to run for the #1in15 South Africans impacted by a rare disease.
Picture the world's most beautiful marathon: ocean on one side, mountain on the other, and a finish line at UCT that means something to someone other than you. Whether you take on the 56km Ultra or the 21.1km Half, you can turn every kilometre into support for people who are running a much longer race.
Challenge yourself: Push your limits on one of the most iconic routes in the world and earn a medal that carries more than your own name.
Empower impact: Every kilometre you run translates into real-world impact for the 1 in 15 South Africans impacted by a rare disease.
Unite for change: Join a team of RARE ACTIVists who share your love of the road and your belief that no family should face a rare disease alone.
Personal fulfilment: Experience the joy of knowing that your training, your early mornings and your race day directly transform lives.
