Taking place on Sunday, 26 July 2026, this much-loved event

transforms the streets of Jozi into a vibrant

celebration of community, movement, and urban pride.

Thousands of participants come together to walk, explore,

and experience the city in a completely unique way...

On foot, in community, and in celebration of everything

that makes Johannesburg extraordinary.

More than just a walk, it is a powerful urban experience.

Hosted in partnership with the City of Johannesburg,

Jozi My Jozi, and Radio 702, Walk the Talk is rooted in

the spirit of connection and renewal, inviting people back

into the city centre to rediscover its energy,

creativity, and transformation.

Starting and finishing at the iconic Ellis Park Stadium,

participants can choose from beautifully curated routes

that showcase Johannesburg’s cultural and historical heartbeat.

From creative districts and street art to

heritage landmarks and revitalised urban spaces.

Walk the Talk is a celebration of Johannesburg’s resilience and evolution.

It brings together families, friends, corporates, and communities
