The Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) is conducting a survey to assess member awareness.
The survey questionnaire has been designed to collect information on the level of members’ awareness about the services offered by the CMS to members and beneficiaries of medical schemes. The survey will take 8 minutes to complete.
Participation in this survey is entirely voluntary.
All the participant’s responses to the study will be kept confidential.
The responses will only be used for statistical and research purposes and reported only as a collective combined total.
Data collected from this survey is solely for CMS’ use only and will not be shared with third parties.
